Kona Condo

Long time clients of ours, purchased a condo located in Kona, HI. Easily finding inspiration in the Aloha spirit, we developed a serene finish palette that they were hoping for of which will act as the backdrop to the island derived textures and patterns of their new furniture package. A key aspect for design in this project was refinishing and reusing the existing (and highly valued) local Koa wood cabinets and casegoods. This allowed the clients to save some $$ as well as authentically infuse the Hawaiian aesthetic and keep perfectly good cabinets out of the local landfills. Win, win!

WAI+D provided full design services as well as Furnishings.
